O'Reilly 200 Qualifying Report

Marc Mitchell is looking to perform an amazing comeback in tonight's O'Reilly 200 at Memphis Motorsports Park. The Ergon Tundra will be starting from the 25th position, fifteen spots farther back than any previous winner. Mitchell's qualifying time around the .75 mile oval was 23.341 seconds, at a speed of 115.676 mph."The Ergon Tundra felt OK on our qualifying lap," said Mitchell. "It was kind of tight through the turns, but it seemed like a good lap. We picked up a tenth of a second on our fastest practice lap, but I guess that wasn't enough. Track position is everything here, so we've got our work cut out for us. We can do it, though. My team has never quit, and we'll give it everything we've got tonight."
