John Andretti finished practice for the Qwik Liner 350 in 16th-place. His fastest lap during the final session was 32.208 seconds (167.660 mph)around the 1.5-mile oval. The Ergon Racing team did not make a mock qualifying run which prevented them from finishing in the top-10 on the speed charts.“We started out a little bit loose and ended up a tick too tight,” said Andretti. “We made some shock changes and a few other adjustments. I think all of them helped. Overall we’re pretty good, we just are a little tight in the middle of (Turns) 1 & 2. The good news is that our tires were on the truck longer than a fuel run. That gives us a lot of confidence that we’ll be good on the long runs. We’ll make a few more changes before qualifying and hopefully we’ll be perfect come race time.”
